Stantec in the United Kingdom have been Highly Commended in the Emerging Professional Employer of the Year category at the ACE 2019 Consultancy & Engineering Awards.
The ACE Consultancy & Engineering Awards acknowledge the best people, initiatives and companies from across the engineering and consultancy sector, and recognise the achievements of both Association for Consultancy and Engineering members and non-member organisations.
Stantec’s ‘Cradle to Sage’ recruitment, retention and talent development programme, flexible working policies, company culture and values were recognised by the judging panel as a unique and innovative programme which was being led from the top within Stantec’s organisation. Stating that it had been a difficult process to select a clear winner due to the high calibre of entry’s this year, the judging panel declared Stantec Highly Commended as Emerging Professional Employer of the Year.
