Boston city officials have approved construction of a Stantec-designed high-rise building in Chinatown, where many working-class residents are being pushed out by Boston’s real estate boom. The 350-foot tower on Tremont Street will include 168-income restricted apartments, a 200-room hotel, and parking for Tufts Medical Center.

The project is a partnership with DREAM Collaborative, architect for the residential portion of the tower.
