Classroom/Virtual Course
Employers hire contractors to complement their existing workforce with additional expertise in any given field. Before a contractor begins work, employers have several responsibilities during the recruitment, interviewing, and selection phase of awarding a contract or hiring a contractor. The primary responsibility of health and safety at the site is that of the employer. Our course will guide you on the key elements of an on-site contractor safety management program. We will discuss and review legislation, roles, and responsibilities, orientation, reporting requirements, performance verifications, feedback, and exit interviews.
Training (4 hours)
