As a project manager with our Energy team, Rolan expertly guides engineering design projects from their initial stages through to successful completion. He began his career as a mechanical engineer at the world’s largest coal liquefaction facility in Secunda, South Africa. In 2018, Rolan’s path led him to Canada, where he joined our team and channeled his problem-solving acumen into greenhouse gas (GHG) abatement strategies.
Rolan is a fervent advocate for clear communication, collaboration, and perpetual growth. He finds satisfaction in transforming concepts into tangible realities, living by values of integrity, accountability, and innovation. His approach to project management is to strike a balance between the project’s constraints and the delivery of value to clients.
When he’s not managing energy projects, Rolan enjoys fly fishing in Southern Alberta, mountain biking in the foothills, and camping with his family in the Rocky Mountains.
