Kat is a chartered, confident, and highly motivated planning consultant with a wealth of experience, knowledge, and skills across the planning sector. Working closely with clients, she excels in advising, promoting sites, and obtaining planning permissions to deliver successful projects and results through the plan making process.
With a keen interest in the later living sector, Kat is focused on addressing the growing needs for specialist and extra care schemes. Working on a range of large projects across Yorkshire, she’s been instrumental in securing reserved matters permissions at Konect Employment Park at Kellingley Colliery as well as securing planning permission for large residential developments on behalf of Taylor Wimpey Yorkshire across Wakefield.
Kat is a trained mental health first aider and also works as a personal trainer. She’s an avid baker (and regularly bakes cookies for her colleagues!) and enjoys exploring Yorkshire with her two mini dachshunds.
