After a career in project and business leadership roles, Keith is now focusing his time on providing strategic advice relating to major infrastructure planning and transport decarbonisation. He continues to support Stantec’s major infrastructure team and contribute to the Places First campaign which has informed our understanding of the changes needed to make to create communities, fit for the future.
Keith’s professional experience encompasses a range of national infrastructure and infrastructure planning projects, in the UK, Europe, and Australia. Acting as chairman of the Transport Planning Society in 2001, Keith has always prioritised contributions to the development of the wider profession. He served as chairman for the Transport Planning Skills Initiative between 2002 and 2004, the TPP Professional Standards Committee between 2008 and 2010, and the Transport Apprenticeship Trailblazer between 2014 and 2018.
Keith has also made a significant contribution to policy development. He was a member of the Outer London Commission between 2015 and 2017, and a member of the BCSC High Street Restructuring Working Group between 2016 and 2017.
