33 Arch Street Lobby Renovation

Positioned in the heart of Downtown Crossing, 33 Arch Street is a 33-story office tower constructed in 2004 and left relatively untouched over time. CBRE wanted to breathe new life into the building and add to the user experience. And there was no better place to start than the lobby They reached out to us to bring their vision to life.

We led architecture, interior design, and furniture specifications to complete the lobby renovation that included high-end finishes, architectural upgrades, custom lighting components, and restored entrances. Our updated design centered around maximizing light, texture, and elements from nature to create a warm and inviting space for tenants and visitors alike. By incorporating refined materials, custom pieces, and enhanced lighting, we transformed a previously dark and undefined space into a multi-sensory experience. Along with a day-lit feel, custom planters and wood canopies bring a feeling of the outdoors into the lobby and create a dynamic space.

Strategic phasing of the project allowed renovation efforts to occur while avoiding inconveniences to tenants or guests and keeping the lobby fully operational during construction.
