Theresa’s work in the water and wastewater treatment industry has ranged from small campground water treatment sheds to multimillion-dollar, multi-firm municipal wastewater treatment upgrades. This breadth of experience has given her an appreciation that every water project is important, regardless of its size. Theresa’s current focus in on emerging issues for water treatment plants, examining new contaminates to uncertain and changing water resources.
Paired with her technical knowledge, Theresa’s outgoing and welcoming nature helps to create an open environment for informed discussion in both team and client meetings. She believes honest and clear communication is key to building strong client relationships.
In her free time when she’s not traveling abroad to far-away places, Theresa likes to explore the mountains close to home. She enjoys hiking and paddle boarding in the summer, and skiing in the winter.
